Our Senior Scholarship Competition took place on Monday, May 9, over the course of approximately two hours. Six students participated, and all played wonderfully--making it very difficult for our two judges to select the three prize winners. After careful deliberation, our judges ultimately awarded prizes to the following graduating seniors:

1st place: Tobias Cook (June Shuffett)

2nd place: Noah Rinker (Lana Bailey)

3rd place: Jasmyn-Jade Taylor (Rudene Jones)

Congratulations to all winners and participants, as well as to their dedicated and talented teachers!

These three Senior Scholarship Competition winners, along with our Gold Cup recipients and several other participating student pianists, performed on the Woodbridge Music Club’s Saturday, May 14 student recital. All participants showed both talent and determination. Our thanks to all who participated, including students, teachers, and everyone else who assisted (see attached photo).

We are proud of all of our student pianists, and wish them continued growth and enjoyment in their piano studies. And, of course, last but not least, we warmly congratulate all of our graduating senior pianists, and which them much success going forward; the wonderful education you have received in music will serve you well throughout your lives.
